Lafayette Engagement Session: John Paul + Claire

This Lafayette engagement session was so much fun and I have been dying to blog these two!!! Claire + John Paul love Rip Van Winkle gardens and chose this spot for their engagement session. It was such an amazing choice for them and their style!! Claire is from Lafayette and John Paul is from Memphis, but they both love South Louisiana! This location definitely highlights the beauty of this area :) I enjoyed this sweet, joyful, couple even more than the location! I knew from the moment Claire and I spoke on the phone that we had lots in common. I’ve enjoyed becoming friends with her throughout this process and was so delighted to meet John Paul! These two are obviously made for one another. They are both high school teachers and met at a conference last year. They immediately hit it off! Claire had a trip to Rome planned shortly after the conference and John Paul decided to join her!! Their dating relationship was able to start off in such an amazing place! They were engaged a few months later and their wedding will be celebrated in July!! I know it will be a blessed and holy day! Our session was filled with so much laughter and I hope these favorites make you smile! <3
