Lafayette Engagement Session: Nicole + Nick

This Lafayette Engagement session at the horse farm/park on Johnston street has quickly become one of my favorites! I was so surprised when I met Nicole & Nick for the first time because I recognized Nick instantly! He and I had served on the same retreat staff a few years in a row!! After talking with them more I also realized that they were best friends with one of my other couples who are special friends of mine! It’s such a small world :) I knew immediately that Nicole & Nick were a special couple. Her best friend introduced them when they were all part of the same ministry and from there they started dating! Their wedding is this coming November and I couldn’t be more excited! They are such an incredibly sweet couple and I enjoyed getting to know them both. Halfway through the session I realized that they ran the Youth Group for St. John’s Cathedral! I was so excited to hear this because youth ministry is a huge passion of mine and recently my boyfriend and I have started leading a youth group in Crowley. Such an awesome coincidence!
