Katharina’s Senior Session

We have been calling and texting back and forth for months trying to find a time for her to come down from Texas. A few weeks ago everything finally worked out for us to shoot Katharina’s Senior Session!! Katharina is my cousin and lives near the Woodlands in Texas :) It is always such a BLAST for me to photograph my family! It’s more like catching up than work…and this session was no different! We had a great time roaming around my grandparents property and finding some hidden gems. Katharina LOVES everything cowgirl, horses and country music…so naturally she wanted her senior portraits to reflect that style. My grandpa is a taxidermist so luckily there wasn’t a shortage of rustic, country shots :)

Katharina’s one request was that she wanted a sunset picture! We drove around desperately trying to find an opening in the trees where the sun was setting and found this amazing spot…on the side of the road somewhere! lol :)
