I’ve been waiting to share this gorgeous Abbeville wedding for weeks and I’m so happy the day has finally arrived!!! Laura and Kurt’s wedding was by far one of the most exciting I’ve ever photographed as it was my first Vietnamese-Cajun wedding! Sooo many fun traditions and memories to look back on and I’m so happy we have pictures to remember the day by! Laura and Kurt had both traditional American wedding outfits as well as traditional Vietnamese wedding outfits. Right before they changed to their Vietnamese gowns they decided to do a huge champagne photo! This wedding party absolutely rocked by shaking the bottles intensely and happily endured a cold wet spray for the bride and groom!!!! These pictures are by far some of my favorite ever. One Vietnamese custom that I LOVE is the groom joins the bride for her bridal session a few months before the wedding! This was such a cool idea because we took so many beautiful portraits before the day arrived that there was no need to spend much time taking pictures on the actual wedding day. Win win! Soooo happy for these two and wishing them a lifetime of love and happiness!!! Here are a ton of my favorites <3
