I’m so excited to share this beautiful and fun wedding held at Le Pavillon in Lafayette! First of all, Le Pavillon, located in Parc de Lafayette is another incredible venue from the Petroleum Club. The gorgeous decor and amazing food make a huge statement and I love photographing weddings here! Second, Abbie and Lance’s wedding is truly one I will never forget and I’m so excited about these images! This was my first Lebanese-Cajun wedding and everything about it was a blast! I enjoyed seeing the Lebanese culture and traditions in little touches throughout the wedding day. It was such a fun cultural blend that made for an amazing party no one wanted to leave! We were concerned the entire day about rain because their ceremony was outdoors under the beautiful columns in Parc de Lafayette. Luckily the rain held off until just after the ceremony!! I’m so happy everything ended up exactly the way Abbie and Lance planned. The reception was definitely my favorite part of the day with fun Lebanese music and SO MUCH dancing! I was literally blown away at how much fun everyone had on the dance floor!! From the grandparents to the children everyone was able to participate in the dancing all night long. Words don’t give justice to how much fun this day was so you’ll have to see for yourself! :) I loved seeing all the gifts that Abbie’s family from Lebanon gave her even though they were unable to attend the wedding! The most special moment was between Abbie and her grandmother. Love this sweet tradition of gifting the bride on her wedding day!!
Abbie’s door was covered in a beautiful mosaic pattern that I knew we had to incorporate :)
