Magdalen Place, Abbeville LA: Morgan + Jacob

Morgan and Jacob were married last weekend at St. Mary Magdalen in Abbeville with the reception right across the street at Magdalen Place! I can’t believe the wedding season of 2022 has started…and what a gorgeous start it was!!!

I’m so SO happy for these two and this long awaited day was everything they wanted and more. Everything ran perfectly on time, there were zero hiccups and the portraits had me doing a happy dance while I was photographing them! The weather was COLD but looking at these photos…you can’t even tell. This entire wedding party was so easy-going even with the chill factor and it made for the best wedding day.

Katie with Perfectly Meched Events did an amazing job making sure things ran smoothly and on time. I LOVE when brides invest in a planner or day of coordinator…it takes the pressure off the family and allows everyone to enjoy the day. There is literally so much I could say about this wedding day. Their first look was PRECIOUS, the joy on their faces the whole night kept me smiling and the love their family and friends had for them was touching.

These two have been together since the beginning of high school and this day was long anticipated by so many! I’m so glad it was the perfect celebration of Morgan and Jacob! Congratulations, ya’ll! Wishing you decades of joy, friendship and wonderful memories!
