St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, Rayne Louisiana: Tess + Joshua

Tess and Joshua were married on a gorgeous October day at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Rayne, Louisiana with a reception nearby at The Crossing. This gorgeous wedding day really speaks for itself, but I have so many favorite moments! I’ve known the bride’s family for most of my life and have loved watching this beautiful family grow. Tess is the sweetest person inside and out and I couldn’t be happier that she found such a great guy in Joshua.

It’s obvious that Tess and Joshua were overjoyed to get married and couldn’t contain all of the emotions they were experiencing. My favorite part of being a photographer is the privilege of capturing such raw, beautiful moments as they happen. Tess getting ready with her mom and sisters in her childhood home for the last time was SO emotional and was by far one of my favorite parts of this day.

The first look with her sweet dad was another favorite moment of mine and one you definitely don’t want to miss. This family has seven beautiful sisters and Tess is the very LAST to get married! ALL. THE. EMOTIONS. These parents have certainly had plenty of wedding experience!

The other amazing moment during this day was the Sacrament of the mass they celebrated. Tess and Joshua couldn’t contain their joy and capturing the candid emotions they experienced during their ceremony was the best part of the day. Congratulations, Tess + Joshua! I know your marriage will be full of joy, friendship and blessings!
