St. Martinville Wedding: Tayler + Matthew

Tayler and Matthew’s beautiful St. Martinville wedding was such a blast to attend and edit! I’ve loved every minute that I’ve gotten to spend with these two. Their joy and love for one another is infectious. From the first day Tayler and I met I know we would become great friends! Meeting Matt and enjoying time with them together was icing on the cake! These two wanted great wedding photos and put a tremendous amount of trust in me on their special day. They trusted that I would find the best locations, figure out the best schedule and ensure their photos were amazing! I appreciated their trust and even though things got crazy at times (as ALL wedding days do!!) we were still able to capture every single photograph they wanted plus dozens more!!! I love that their wedding day was laid back and we didn’t have to rush! I think everyone knows my love of first looks, but theirs definitely will go down as one of my all time favorites. Matt start tearing up the moment I got him in position…and Tayler hadn’t even walked into the room yet!! I kept thinking to myself, “Wow, Matt’s so quiet today, then realized he was already trying not to cry!!” Tayler lost it the moment she saw him and I lost count of the amount of times I teared up during their day. Their first look was intimate and special, their ceremony was so heartfelt and their reception was a super fun party! I know for a fact that everyone had a blast at their wedding! I think it’s obvious from these photographs that everyone partied until the end! I’m just sad it’s all over :) I hope you enjoyed many of my favorites and especially the sweet tears <3
