What. A. Wedding. We have been planning and dreaming about this Abbeville wedding for forever now! I couldn’t wait to watch Whitney and JP say, “I do” on their special day. It was everything and MORE than they planned for!
St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church is a stunning backdrop for an evening wedding and even during the rain, this church didn’t disappoint! Whitney’s dream was to have a tent reception in her grandfather’s backyard. With the bad weather the entire week I started to worry…but it turned out beautifully!
Whitney and JP were able to dance the night away and have the party of their dreams…just like they wanted!! These two love to have a good time and I’m so happy they were able to celebrate surrounded by a few hundred friends + loved ones.
My favorite moment of the day? 100% when their guests threw rice on them during their exit! JP is a rice farmer so not only was this exit choice spot on…these two were hilarious! The rice definitely got EVERYWHERE, but these shots were my favorite of the entire day!
